Post Information

Welcome to The American Legion Post #67 Ontario, Oregon. We are located in Oregon’s only county inside the Mountain Time zone bordering the Snake River and the State of Idaho.

Congress chartered The American Legion in 1919 as a patriotic, mutual help, and wartime veteran's organization. A community service organization, which now numbers nearly 3,000,000 members, men and women in some 15,000 American Legion Posts worldwide. Since 1919 The American Legion emblem has signified service to veterans, community, state and nation. On August 10, 1920 The American Legion Department of Oregon signed and issued the charter to The American Legion Post #67. Our Post #67 has sought to maintain the original basics of its founders by being active in U.S. Politics for the interests and benefits of all Veterans, Veterans’ Rehabilitation, Americanism, Child Welfare, and National Security.

On behalf of the Officers and members of Post #67 we hope you enjoy our site and we welcome your comment.
